When you place an order on our website, you are agreeing to the following terms of sale:

• Please make sure that you carefully select your products, as we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
• All made-to-order and personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Please ensure you select the correct delivery method. If your delivery address is rural and you have not selected rural delivery, your order will be delayed until the correct rural fee has been paid.
• Special requests for delivery dates or parcel leave locations are requests only, and cannot be guaranteed.
• We take no responsibility if there is nobody at the address at the time of delivery.
• All prices are in NZD.
• Credit Card and A2A payments are processed by Windcave on their secure payment server.
